Partial Payment Policy

How Partial Payment Works

At Funly, you can choose to Pay in Full or use our Partial Payment option for eligible orders.

With Partial Payment, you pay ₹149 online at checkout to confirm your order and pay the remaining balance later.

Payment Structure

Advance Payment: ₹149
A fixed advance payment of ₹149 is required when placing your order.

Remaining Amount:
The balance amount can be paid:

Online before delivery via UPI, card, wallet, or other available payment methods through the payment link shared with you; or

Cash on Delivery (COD) to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

The ₹149 advance payment is adjusted against your total order value and is not an additional charge.

Order Confirmation

Your order will be confirmed only after the ₹149 advance payment is successfully received.

After confirmation, you will receive an email, SMS, or WhatsApp notification containing your order details and the remaining amount payable.

Delivery

If you choose to pay the remaining amount through COD, please pay the balance amount to the delivery agent when your order arrives.

If the outer package appears visibly damaged or tampered with, please inform the delivery agent and contact Funly Customer Support immediately.

If you have already paid the remaining amount online, no payment will be required at the time of delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds

₹149 Advance Payment:
The advance payment is refundable if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched.

After 24 hours, or once the order has been processed or dispatched, the ₹149 advance payment will be non-refundable.

Remaining Amount Paid Online:
If you have paid the remaining balance online and the order is cancelled before dispatch, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

For cancellations, returns, or refusals after dispatch, refunds will be processed according to Funly's applicable Return & Refund Policy, including any non-refundable charges or return-related costs.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, refuses to accept the order, or does not pay the remaining COD amount, the ₹149 advance payment will be forfeited.

Any additional amount already paid online will be handled according to Funly's Return & Refund Policy.

Coupons & Promotional Offers

Coupons, discounts, and promotional offers may or may not be available with the Partial Payment option depending on the terms of the respective offer.

The advance payment amount will remain ₹149, unless otherwise mentioned during checkout.

By selecting “Partial Payment – Pay ₹149 Now & Balance on Delivery” at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Partial Payment Policy.
