7-Day Return Window
We offer returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Return
To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear and socks are not eligible for return. Toys, customised/personalised products, and final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Quality Check
Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will go through a quick quality check, usually within 48 hours.

Refund Processing Time
After the returned item passes the quality check, the refund will be processed within 15 business days.

Refund Processing Fee
A refund processing fee of ₹149 will be deducted from the refund amount.
