Quick Dispatch
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after order confirmation.
Some products may require additional processing time depending on the vendor, product availability, customisation, or other operational requirements.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, wherever applicable.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 2–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your delivery location, vendor location, and courier service availability.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other logistical issues.
Orders Containing Multiple Brands
FUNLY works with multiple brands and vendors. If your order contains products from different vendors, the items may be shipped separately and delivered in multiple packages.
You may receive separate tracking details for each shipment. There will be no additional shipping charge solely because your order is split into multiple packages.

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeline, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
