From the dropdown select the no of patches you would be using. (Each patch is rs 50 additional )
You can mention in the notes the colour combination you would like, placement of the patches or any specific requirement. Please mention if you would like the patches in a straight line or curved. If this isnt mentioned please note we shall proceed with the formatting which looks and fits the name the best
